Hello all,

My name is Hydee and I'm in Jacksonville, Fl. I found two placed (one is a home and other is a condo) that I would like to buy and rent them out for potential tenants. I've never done this before so I'm not sure what I should do or the steps that I need to do to protect myself. Any tips would be helpful :D

There are a number of great free resources available in JACKSONVILLE, FL that can make a difference for new landlords. I have 10 rentals in Jax myself, would be happy to provide some free info. Please send me a message for the resources.
