I've just secured a deeply distressed property in Massachusetts for rehabing. I"m told by the listing agent there is an P&S offer on the property from a client of NACA (see attached link). Has anyone worked with NACA or their client's on the post-rehab purchase of a property? Curious here.

NACA is a non profit that helps folks maily first time buyers with down payment,credit counseling,PMI and things like that
Erie, The P&S is from a client of NACA who wants to purchase the property (a duplex) once the rehab work is completed. It seems this deal comes with a buyer and they are connected to NACA.
