Homepath Property Success Stories

I have seen several discussions concerning Homepath Financing and properties for 5% down, 10% down, etc. So I wanted to bring everyone together to share their successes (or frustrations) with using Homepath Financing to secure a deal.

Some details about your deal to consider posting:

-SFH or Multifamily?

-What State?

-What % did you put down?

-Renovation or Conventional?

-What do the financials look like now?

I hope this post can come to be a common place for sharing your successes with this process that has proven to be very helpful for some. Fire away!
