Selling a building away from the City Limits
I am helping a friend market his building outside the city limits. It is a great building in East Texas. It hasn't been getting much attention. He doesn't want to use a realtor, just want to sell the building since his family no longer wants it. Ive posted on several sites but not sure how to get a least some bidders. Any thoughts?
