Funding for FL West Coast
SIG/BLU-ISLE currently seeks funding for assisted living facilities (ALF) and residential quick flips.
ALF's: One ALF is in Daytona Beach, land of which has already been purchased and approved for the ALF or 103 townhomes. The other two potential ALF projects are in Hernando County and Orlando, FL, project development documents are complete.
Quick Flips: We have wholesalers and are well experienced at quick-flips and condo conversions, bringing back investors higher returns than our competition by warehousing our wholesale construction materials and utilizing in-house contractors working for drop cost to save investors a bundle.
