Hey there BP,
Question, is anyone finding it difficult to find pocket listings in Los Angeles... I know that it is very competitive, however I am finding it extremely difficult to find real deals, and just about everything coming across my desk is a daisy chain.
If anyone has another strategy as to what's working please share.
