Unanswered Threads vs. Trending
Not sure if I am the only one, but I think it is pretty sad to have pages and pages of unanswered threads while a ridiculous thread gets 50+ posts and ends up trending.

I don't mind long threads, but unanswered questions are bothersome. Answer them! If they don't make sense, ask for clarification. Also, greet new members, especially if they are from your area or do the same type investing you do.
