Hello Experts,

I'm exploring to invest in my 1st rental property and wondering what would be the ideal location to invest? I'm thinking about Lake view or Naperville or Schaumburg areas. I'm looking houses/condos around 250K.

Any suggestions on a better neighborhood to invest in rental property.
