Who to donate a Condo to in Md?
I know an asset manager whose bank just merged with a local bank. They take ownership of a condo in the Lynnhill Condo complex in Temple Hills (PG County Md) & would like to simply donate this condo as quick as possible. Does anyone happen to know of any organization that may have an interest? Being a condo, there are going to be monthly condo association fees and that may be an issue for some organizations. Market value of the condo is 10K-25K and HOA fees range there from $450-$665 (all util included). Sorry folks, they aren't interested in selling this to an investor.
