I showed interest in a property online and immediately got phone calls from Agents and Investment Groups interested in working with me. What would you do?

@Isaac Schulman - As a buyer it is usually free for you to use an agent - the seller pays their commission. Especially for your first purchase I do not see why you would not use one.
