What are the pros and cons of wholesaling condos?
I'm working with a guy that wants to get rid of his condo. It's paid off and basically rental ready. The only thing is he has HOF. For 175 a month. I've never wholesaled condos before what are the pros and cons of doing this? Or with buying condos period.
