LLC vs. no LLC: tax advantages?
I own several rental property and I am of course taxed on the rental income as my regular revenues.
If I set-up an LLC and place all those properties under, would I have a reduced tax rate?

No. It just changes on which side the tax hit happens. But hopefully you are working with a good accountant who is maximizing the depreciation write-off on the properties so usually you don't even up paying much, if anything, on taxes because it all balances out.
