Buying a house with an old car in garage

I'm buying a house with an old junk car in the garage.  Someone might want it, but not me.  Will I be able to sell the car for scrap and have someone haul it away or will they need to see a transfer of title specifically of the car also?  Should i make the seller tow it away?

Even if you sell it for scrap, they will want the title.  I would contact your DMV and see if they have any suggestions.
