Bridge Loans
I have been trying to build my knowledge of commercial real estate however I wanted to know is it possible to use a bridge loan in order to obtain a commercial loan from a bank? Of course since the bridge loan is short in it's term you would only use it to obtain the commercial loan and then pay off the bridge loan. I came across the thought and just wanted to know if it was possible.
