Would an Investor consider an AERIAL and VIDEO TOUR of their listing?

I noticed Investors, Rehabbers do not use AERIAL or VIDEO Tours in their listings. Is this something that YOU as an Investor would ever consider if it did not cost you any more?

Below is an "Un-Branded" Tour of a recent remodeled home in Harford County Maryland.
