Incarcerated property owner
Hello,
I've had my eye on a number of properties into area, and have had some difficulty tracking down the owner. I've since discovered that he has been incarcerated, with no contactable family to speak of.
Does anyone have experience or strategies for contacting and getting a deal from someone in this situation?
