Does anybody use accelerated depreciation?
Hello, I was wondering if anyone used accelerated depreciation vs straight line for properties they have a lower time frame on. For example, If I only plan on keeping a property for 5 years vs 27.5.
The difference in income can be pretty substantial imo, but I imagine there is some kind of restriction?
