ReiClub meeting

What type of information should I be trying to find out at the REIClub meeting? This will be the first one attended and I don't want to come away with less information than  I should have. I'm interested in flipping contracts, and thinking that this will be the quickest way to doing my first deal. I don't have money and credit is not that great.
