Hi,
My name is Nelya, I currently own two properties: one is a coop and the other is house. I own two homes and therefore I am unable to get another mortgage under my name due to debt to income ration on a conventional loans. Mortgage broker that did these two deals with is great but he does not have time to coach me on any other mortgage I can qualify for. I am looking for a mentor in New York area, to guide me and help me expand and help getting through the hurdle.
