What to do?

I'm new to investing in  realestate. I brought a five unit about two years ago at a tax sale it's not in the best area but it currently brings in around 2000 per month. I own it clean and free but I want to go to the next level and I'm stuck at what to do next. I don't have a lot of money saved up maybe around 5000 and my credit is not good. I really need help at where I should begin I hope someone can give me some free advice. I would really love to learn more and further my investment career.
