Structuring an Ad for a Subject To

How should an advertisement be structured to attract the attention of homeowners that would be willing to agree to a Subject To?  What should be in the ad?  I was going to start with Craigslist and then branch out to direct mail.

I don't know if there's anything special about people who would consider Subject To's. A Subject To is a big risk for a seller, so they are only going to do it with someone whom they've built rapport with and trust. I wouldn't mention them in the ad. And thus, I think it's just a tool for when you negotiate and the ad can be pretty similar to any ad to people in foreclosure or what not.
