foundation issues in a flip

Flippers out there...I am wondering what the general consensus is when you are evaluating/inspecting homes to flip and discover significant foundation cracks. Do you walk and move on or don't shy away and investigate further.  Everything can be repaired iat the right budgeted price or credited by seller but would you avoid the risks altogether? My partner and I are in this thought process now.  Thanks
