hello everyone. Im Kevin, I found out about bigger pockets a few months ago, and I've been studying all the great information provided. I think ive finally came across my first. Its a 3bd/2bath, but its already being rented to a tenant. Are there are questions i should ask the owner? Thanks in advance for any advice.
