can anyone tell me how to pick up repo or discounted mobile homes in south ga.

I am purchasing a 3 acre track that is zoned for mobile homes and I am interested in buying 3 to 4 mobile homes to put on it. I would like to know if anyone has bought them this way before. And if so how the process works along with what % discount they can be picked up for. Or should I try another avenue. I am very familiar we remodeling and renting them out. I have several on other tracks. 

Any help would be appreciated
