Hey BP Does anyone know a good personal finance book from a real estate investing perspective?
It seems like there are plenty of books about various real estate investing strategies and plenty on personal finance, but most of the personal finance books I've read recommend investing in stocks. Are there any good books out there that marry the two? Say, recommending turnkey investing outside your IRA and note investing inside a tax sheltered IRA. What is the REI version of saving for college/529s? Things like that
