Need some advice on how to find price or beter used of land in Rio Grande Estates New Mexico

Any idea on what to do with some land located in Rio Grande Mexico? my family is been paying taxes for over 30 years and I would like to obtain some ideas on how to sell, lease/rent or have a better use of that land.  The land is about 10 or 20 minutes to Albuquerque.
