How do I get passed the "start up capital hump"?
I have all the tools in place to be successful , strong team, market research, construction budget/schedule and exit strategy but they will do me no good without start up capital.
I have been building in Austin Texas for the past 10 years so I have the construction process covered, I just need to find $$
