Land Trust- Accountant and Attorney in CA?

Hi everyone,

I have recently been introduced to the land trust bandwagon and would like to move our out of state property into it. However, since we are based in CA, we really need an accountant (and preferably also an attorney) in CA who understands and/or has worked with a land trust before. Any recommendations please?
