I have a client that i have been working with for the past 6 months clearing title on a piece of land and we finally closed yesterday. So after we close he decided to tell me that he has a house that he would like to sell and its going to auction next month which is around the corner . If you know how to postpone the sell i know its not guaranteed but i want to give it shot to help my client. Thanks
