A deeded house that havent been paid on for 4 yrs

Hey BP family, I have a question and I wanted to know what is the best thing for me to do or if anyone want to help me.   I have a house that was deeded to me and my younger brother 4yrs ago. I would like to find a way to get a profit off this property. Its in Charleston SC. any advise would be appreciated.
