X signs on Chicago propertyes
I'm trying to find out the meaning of those Red X signs on Chicago properties. Everyone is telling me it means tear down but my own research shows it's a warning of structural damage etc for first responders in case of an emergency. Also anyone know how I can get chicago's tear down list?
