Fun Question here... If you were looking for a long term, wealth building, cash flowing area and could move anywhere in the US, Which City / Area would you Move too? **

** Disclaimer – Sadly this is my Friday night guys. I know there are many, many good answers. I’m just looking for some friendly opinions from a site where I enjoy being the dumbest person in the room. :-)
