Private Investment Platform for partners

Hi Community,

Does anyone know of a website for a sponsor to offer investment relations to partners, not public but private?

I looked into realty shares, endvest, crowdstreet, etc. but everyone offers a public platform and I am looking for my investors to log in and see how far along the project is and how much funds have been allocated into purchase, construction, admin, etc.

Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.
