Legality of Wholesaling in North Dakota

Hello, trying to find out if anyone has any info on if there are any legality issues with wholesaling in ND before I contact an attorney to be safe. So far in my research online I have not been able to find an answer. I ask because I have heard that some places in the US consider it illegal unless you are a legal broker or completely closed on the property before turning around and marketing it yourself.
