Most laughable listings

Different real estate markets all over the country are at their peak. I can't speak for all markets because real estate is local. That being said there are ALOT of places around the country that are super hot.

While illogical hot markets certainly are frustrating there is a silver lining. The silver lining is comedically bad listings. I'm talking properties so overpriced you could get a higher return from a CD at the bank. I'm talking an investment so bad you can't help but shake your head and giggle as you read it.

Ill start it off with a listing I just came across. The property is a 4 plex in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in San Antonio. They have it listed at $750,000 and it brings in $3450/mo in rent. Then the kicker in the listing it says this "THE OWNER IS SET ON THE PRICE AND NOT LOOKING AT ANY OFFERS BELOW ASKING" hahaha

Post your markets most laughably ridiculous listings. Am I the only one that thinks this is funny?

I'll buy it at full price. Any agents here can submit my offer. Full price with owner financing. $1 a month for 750,000  months.
