Why don't real estate agents list properties for free and collect the buyer leads? It's seems like listing properties generates a lot of leads. You won't get 6% commission but you can make 3% on the buy side. 

Maybe I'm looking at it wrong or missing something. Hopefully someone can clarify this for me.
