thanks for sharing!  One thing which this doesn't show is velocity.  If a place is going up suddenly as Atlanta has done in the last few years then it is more likely to be in a bubble than another city which has a been rising for a longer period even if the rise is overall substantially higher.  

No I don't think Atlanta is anywhere near being in a bubble but I'm arguing that short sharp rises are overall less sustainable.
