New Member to Investing
Hello everyone my name is Sean Kelly from Melbourne, Florida. I was looking for a little advice, my wife and I have the training and are ready to get out there and get a deal done. Our issue is no funding and because of this we are reluctant to go out and do a deal. Not having a Hard Money Lender or our own funds makes it scary to step out and move forward. Thoughts? Suggestions?
