Does anyone know if Muskego Way in Milwaukee WI is a good area?

I am not from the Milwaukee area but found a multi family home for 49,500 in Muskego Way neighborhood. The upper level is occupied at $750 a month and the lower level is vacant.

I still have to see how the numbers play out but first was curious if it was a safe area? Maybe it would be a great wholesale property for me.....

What do you think? Any tips would be great

Working class, predominantly Hispanic neighborhood.  Lot of old housing stock.  There is definitely crime in the area, but is nowhere near being a warzone.  There are much worse areas in Milwaukee.
