I'm trying my best to analyze 3 deals a day (as I promised myself I'd do after watching Brandon's webinars). And when I get to the closing costs part...I freeze. I HAVE NO FREEKING IDEA!

Seasoned investors in Southern CA, if you are analyzing a deal, how are you calculating your closing costs? Or, how are your estimating your closing costs?
