targeting shortsales? REALTOR
as a realtor during the winter months, it seems like most of the people i speak with want to wait until the spring time to sell their house.
Would it be a good idea for me to target shortsales during the winter since many of these people cant really afford to wait till spring?
how do i find a list of people who would need to sell real soon?
