Cash out refi suggestions philadelphia investment property (flip)
Hi guys
I am about to finish a flip in philly and want to get out of the high IR hard money loan and hold it and try and sell in the summer.
Any suggestions for smaller lenders with competitive rates and move quickly? Even private equity options would work.
