Can I market other wholesalers properties to my buyers?

I am not a licensed realator and here is my question: I am in the process of getting my business started as a wholesaler. I speak with a ton of investors who currently have properties under contract. With their permission can I market those properties to my buyers list or am I acting as a broker? I am located in Illinois.

I'm going to disagree with the above posters.  If you're marketing deals with no equitable interest and no license, you're likely breaking the law (in any state).

Talk to a local real estate attorney if you want verification, but I'd be willing to bet any knowledgeable attorney would agree that you're skirting/breaking the law by doing that.
