I am a licensed Realtor in IL. I work mostly with first time home buyers who look at properties as owner occupants rather than investors. Lately, I have been getting more investors as my clients. As investors, what do you look for in an agent? How can agents assist you better? I'd love to read any experience or story you can share. Thank you very much for your time.
There are several things that I look for in my agent.
Responsive to my calls/emails
Available to show a property that I'm interested in (particularly in the hotter areas)
Knowledgeable about the local market (rent data/comps for a flip)
Able to look at a potential deal as an investor and not as a regular owner occupant
Hope this helps
