Taxes & Distressed Properties: Questions from Newbie_ Nat

Hi, 

I'm new to wholesaling, and I wanted to know the best way to find property tax info--I've tried the public record site for Indiana, but apparently I'm not looking in the right place...I can find the property owner's info- but what about the tax or utility info- is that possible?
