HOA Lien!! How to Handle Please advise
I purchased a home at auction (Trustee sale) in Collin county, Texas. I just received a letter from the HOA that the house has a lien on the property and that dues have not been paid for 4 years.
Is it my responsibility to pay it off? What is the course of action? What the negotiating do's and don't ? Please advise !!!!
