Hello BP world. This is my first post and I'm happy to get it out of the way. I am a new investor in Massachusetts looking to work with a wholesaler or any seller for that matter. I feel a little funny saying I'm an investor without a deal under my belt. I have been reading, researching, you name it I've been doing it for close to a year. I am a licensed agent in Ma. so I was trying the MLS route, and as many of you already know, up here in the Northeast by the time it hits MLS it's prob too late. Any info, tips, suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I'm ready with my team, so I hope to meet and work with some great people here at BP.
