Hey guys! I'm new to BP as well as real estate wholesaling. I am interested in probate wholesaling. I am confused about the whole legal process. When wholesaling, to make the deal faster and smoother would I have to look for a seller with full authority. And can I wholesale a probate property during the probate process?
