Newbie looking for advice to begin Buying and Selling
Hello All! I am very new to this, and have been fed a lot of bad information over the past two years looking into buying and selling real estate. I say two years because I have been researching investment options, stories, housing markets, etc.,etc. Now with the new year I am ready to start! I am basically looking for stories on how people have started in similar situations; I have a great job, own my house (still making mortgage payments), little debt (other than the aforementioned house), but I don't have the capital to purchase a property and invest in the reno. Just putting some feelers out there to see if I can get some good advice, as apposed to what I've been fed the past two years. Thank you all!
