I'm looking to buy a multi family preferably 4 units. If any agents know of a good one in my area let me know. Though if I'm going to contact an agent I might as well let BP get first dibs. I live in Cary so anything within 30 or so minutes from me would work. I'm going to house hack so I will be living in it. I found 2 decent ones but wanted to see what an agent can find me.
